Returns Policy

WORRY FREE RETURN POLICY

At ZestoftheRest, customer satisfaction is the primary goal. 

If you receive any item that has a defect, faulty workmanship, or defect during shipping, we will refund it. 

Fresh food items are sold 'as is' and do not qualify for refund. We also cannot accept any unsealed products and hence do not qualify for refund.

RETURNS

If you need to return a qualified item, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt of your order. Email us at orders@zestoftherest.com. Your inquiry will be promptly processed within 48 hours. We will issue a 100% refund, credited to your next order. The cost of shipping the items to you will be deducted out of the refund.

If an order is returned to us by the shipper as undeliverable, both outgoing and incoming shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

PACKAGING

All items must be returned in their original packaging, will all accessories. The return policy does not cover damage caused after an item has arrived at its destination, such as spoilage, melting or other damage. All items must be returned in its original, unopened condition.
